Private Support and Discussion Groups
The FFCNWT has a private Facebook community. Because we must be cautious about confidentiality, the groups are CLOSED to the public. Our groups are monitored by experienced staff from our office who will be able to assist you. The only way you can access the groups is if you send a request by email to our office. We will then give you the rules and guidelines that we have for the groups and once you accept them, we will add you to the group. The next time you log on to Facebook, anything that is posted in the group will be added to your newsfeed. It's that simple!!

The camp was started in 2003 and has remained one of the FFCNWT's biggest projects. Hundreds of kids in foster care, those who have been adopted, and birth children living in foster or adoptive homes, have benefited from the life skills, knowledge, artistic activities, physical activities, and most importantly FUN that is at Camp Connections!

Renting Camp Connections
Contact Zain for rental information. Please be aware no rentals are available during Camp Connections sessions.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Who can attend Camp Connections?
Priority is given to children and youth aged 7-18 who:

Live in a foster home (birth and adoptive), or have in the past;

Live in an adoptive home;

Are receiving services from Social Services;
-
Are interested in having a great time at camp!
2026 CAMP SCHEDULE

Registration fee is $250 with a 7 day cancellation policy

You must fill out the entire registration form and sign the waiver

Someone will need to reach out to you to confirm there is still a spot prior to camp

Bus Location is under the Yellowknife Sign near the big blue plane
-
Drop off is Day 1 at 9:00 am

Pick up in on Day 7 at 2:00 pm
